Call for Expression of Interest to host the PROS 2028 Conference

PROS is pleased to announce that the bidding process for the PROS 2028 Conference is now open.

We invite all PROS members, worldwide and without geographical restrictions, to submit their interest in hosting our next biennial conference. This event brings together radiation oncologists, clinical oncologists, radiation therapists, medical physicists, and the wider multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving radiotherapy for children and young adults.

Important requirement:
Every application must include the details of a local Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) who will support the planning and on-site delivery of the congress.

Why host a PROS Congress?
Hosting a PROS Congress is a unique opportunity to welcome the global pediatric radiation oncology community to your region, share local expertise, support professional development for your national and regional teams, and advance high-quality radiotherapy access worldwide.

Bidding Timeline – PROS 2028:

• By January 31st, 2026: Submission of Letter of Interest
• February 2026: PROS Executive Committee review and selection of up to three candidate hosts
• By April 30th, 2026: Submission of the Full Proposal, following the structure in the PROS 2028 Bid Manual, including confirmation of the local PCO
