ADMISSION TO SESSION
Official name badges should be picked-up at the welcome desk and will be required for admission to all sessions.
Access to the conferences and social events will be determined by checklist but attendees should wear their badges at all Congress events.

ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION
On site, registration for additional session or social events may be available (space permitting). For any information, please visit us at the welcome desk. 

WELCOME RECEPTION
Wednesday June 8th - 5.30 - 7.30 pm in the exhibition hall of HDT's venue (6th floor). 

 

 
GALA DINNER 

Thursday June 9th - 8.00 - 10.30 pm.

We invite you to join us on Thursday, June 9th at Bauer Kammesheidt for a moment of conviviality in a unique place.

Grilled food prepared on site will be waiting for you in this small farm of more than 200 years, with a large old quarry stone barn filled with charm.

You can enjoy a unique view of the Ruhr Valley, surrounded by vast fields where the farm's cattle breeding is located.

 

Meeting point at 7.30 pm in front of the main doors of the Haus der Technik. The return bus will leave at 10.30 pm.

Liability and Insurance : The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip

Continuing Medical Education Accreditation points (CME)

EACCME

The PROS Congress, Essen, Germany, 08/06/2022-11/06/2022 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 20 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/education/earn-credit-participation-international-activities.

Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for
ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the
Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

EACCME® credits

Each participant can only receive the number of credits he/she is entitled to according to his/her actual participation at the event once he/she has completed the feedback form that will be sent a few days after the congress.
